Mind Body Connection (dba MBC, LLC) is approved by the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education provider, #450194-06. All NCBTMB courses are automatically accepted in the state of TN, including our TN Laws & Rules course.
Looking at our CE calendar pick a date that works for you and follow the prompts to get registered. You will receive a confirmation once payment is complete. Please make note of the date and time of the class you picked in your calendar. If this class is on zoom, a link will be sent to you for your class 48 hrs. prior to the class start time.
MBC, LLC Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. To be fair to all participants and to ensure the proper management of course enrollment and resources, we adhere to the following policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to mbimajlis@gmail.com within 30 days of your registered class. A 100% refund will be given minus a $15 administration fee.
Any cancellations after 30 days prior to your class start date will result in a one time credit to enroll in another date for the same class within a one year period. No refund will be given.
Course Cancellation by Our Organization
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled due to instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or facility issues), registered participants will be notified immediately via the contact information provided during registration.
- Participants will receive a 100% full refund (including all administrative fees) or the option to transfer their registration to a future course offering of equal value.
- Our organization is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses (e.g., flight, hotel) incurred by participants due to a course cancellation.

- Join Early: Log in 10-15 minutes before class to test audio/video.
- Camera On: You must be visible on camera throughout the entire session.
- Audio Muted: Keep your microphone muted unless instructed otherwise.
- Unique Link: Use your own registration link; sharing it invalidates your attendance.
- Full Attendance: Stay for the entire duration; late arrivals or early departures will forfeit credit of CE hours and no refund will be given.
- No Recording: Recording of our CE classes is not allowed.
Professional Conduct & Etiquette
- Distraction-Free: Have a quiet, appropriate background and minimize distractions. Must be well lit.
- Professional Attire: Dress as you would for an in-person session.
- Engagement: Participate in chats and other activities.
Technical & Privacy
- Log Back In: If disconnected, log back in immediately via your link to maintain attendance. If you are more than 5min to log back in you will forfeit your attendance for class and must email Maj-Lis immediately. She will email you back once the class is over to help you pick another date to attend so that you may get credit. You will not have to pay again. This is allowed once per CE cycle.
- Privacy: Be aware that you may not record classes. MBC, LLC will take screen shots to document your attendance throughout the course. This will not be shared with anyone except the TN Massage Licensure Board or NCBTMB if your attendance ever comes into question.
- Full Presence: Attendees must be present for the entire course to receive credit, with short breaks factored in. Arrival more than 10 minutes after a class begins will result in you not being allowed in to attend the class and not receiving credit. No refunds will be issued for late arrival to our CE classes. Please leave with adequate time to accommodate traffic.
- Breaks: Scheduled breaks will be conducted in all classes
- Dress Code: Please dress appropriately for the type of course you are taking. If an all lecture course, such as TN Law/Rules & Ethics a sweater is recommended as the rooms can be chilly at times.
- Certificates: In person classes will be issued a paper certificate and Zoom Classes will receive their certificate via email once they complete the quiz and feedback form from that class. Please do not forget to upload your certificate and the necessary information on it to your CE Broker account for both in person and zoom classes.
- Partial Credit: No partial credit will be given for missed classes.
